Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
